By creating an account and using Ordo AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ordo AI is a task execution and AI assistant platform. Ava generates content to assist you — all outputs should be reviewed before use.
You are responsible for your account security. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be 18 or over. One person may not maintain more than one free account.
You may not use Ordo AI to generate illegal or harmful content, circumvent usage limits, resell the Service, send bulk spam, or reverse engineer our systems.
Ava's outputs are AI-generated and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before acting on it. We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability of any output.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time and retain Pro access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by law.
Free accounts include 15 AI assists per month, resetting on the 1st of each calendar month. We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits with reasonable notice.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Documents you upload are stored securely and used only to generate your requested outputs.
You retain ownership of content you create. We retain ownership of the platform and AI systems. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Your data is permanently removed within 30 days of deletion.
Ordo AI's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
